Get your top rev cycle questions answered by experts who have been in your shoes

When it comes to rev cycle challenges, there’s no substitute for experience. We’ve gathered three rev cycle experts to answer your questions about authorizations, denials, and the No Surprises Act.

Our experts are current Waystar employees, but all three have worked for provider organizations in the past. That means this interactive session will offer answers from every part of the healthcare rev cycle, as well as 50+ years of combined experience.

First up, Vanessa L. Moldovan, Commercial Enablement + Insights Program Manager, will:

  • Give a legislative update
  • Talk through changes to Medicare Advantage
  • Address rules around authorization and reimbursement
  • Answer questions including: Does it apply to you? How do you work within the rules?

Next, Crystal Ewing, Director of Product Management, will cover the No Surprises Act (NSA) and break down:

  • Out-of-network patients
  • Consent requirements
  • Good faith estimates

Finally, Stephanie Krause, Commercial Enablement Manager, will:

  • Cover current denial trends related to authorizations and NSA
  • Provide tips for how to overcome these denials
Come with your toughest questions! Our team loves a challenge.
