One payments platform: All clients have one login page and can work out of a single portal
Fast, accurate results: Our patient payments platform is built for healthcare from the ground up using a PayFac model. This allows us to guarantee automated reconciliation to the penny across all posting files and bank deposits, every single day.
Familiar support: Access help articles and support the same way you know how via the Resource Center found in the bottom right of your Pro Patient Payments portal. Coming soon, we’ll transition to the Waystar Support and Training Center (STC) with updated help articles and user guides.

Login info
Once you upgrade, you will log into your Waystar account by visiting waystar.com/login. The first time you log into your upgraded account, you will be taken to a screen that says “Welcome to Waystar.” On this screen, complete a quick, two-step process to set up your new Waystar homepage, which will replace your old Patientco homepage.
